Govt. I.T.I. Nawada is one of the oldest and largest Institute in the State. It is the leading and pioneer Institute in the state, well-known and well recognized Vocational Training standards & linkage with the industries in and around Patna district. It functions under Directorate of employment & training, department of labour resources in Bihar State. The Institute is established in 1964.

Each trade contains Year‑1 fundamentals and Year‑2 specialization modules, following NCVT standards.
Students receive NCVT certification after successful completion of both years and final AITT exam.
